Sir Maynard Ashbury

If you haven't already been introduced, make now your acquaintance with Sir Maynard Ashbury, big game hunter. This somewhat annoying chap did much of the live narration of our safaris in Africa.

Known to most as simply Sir Maynard, he rambles on and on about the subtleties of pachyderm hunting, even after you've asked him very kindly to stop speaking in that damned voice of his. It's pretty annoying.

If ever you find yourself in East Africa in such places as Queen Elizabeth National Park, Lake Manyara or Tarangire, make sure to begin and end every sentence with "you see," and overuse "quite" as an adjective and an interjection.
